This year, the 14th annual Frigid 5-mile run (and walk) will be on the most romantic day of the year -- Saturday, February 14th, 2009. It will not only kick off the running season but may just kick off the romantic side of you with heavy breathing and panting among 1000 runners and walkers. Come join us for the COOLEST run of the year!

Many people vow to lose weight or get in shape for the New Year. The Edmond Running Club wants to help you reach your goal. So, to help you, we will have an early packet pickup the day before the race on Friday the 13th. Avoid the crowd and pick up your packet Friday at Elite Feet, (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.) next to Kickingbird movie theatre. It's located in the shopping center on the corner of Danforth & Bryant in Edmond.
